SAB Miller provides learnerships, in-service training, and bursaries to the talented youth of South Africa. With these, they aim to develop skill sets for great work practices and sustainability. They learnership program gives selected candidates a 12-month period to grow and become knowledgeable in their field. They do not guarantee successful candidates a permanent position but if the company has an opening they may offer it to one of their learnership candidates once their learnership contract term is done. Candidates will receive a monthly stipend, however, accommodation, transport, and meals will be their own responsibility.
